About the Role

A warm and welcoming family in Cookham is looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to support the smooth day-to-day running of their family home.

With both parents working in the City, they are looking for someone organised and proactive who can take ownership of the practical running of the household. The role will focus on household organisation, errands, family cooking, laundry and generally ensuring everything at home is running efficiently.

The family has two children aged 10 and 8, so there is also a childcare element to the position. This will primarily involve helping with school runs, taking the children to activities and preparing their evening meals. The children are older and increasingly independent, so the role is ideally suited to a Housekeeper who enjoys being around children and is happy to combine household responsibilities with some practical childcare support.

The family's current Nanny/Housekeeper is relocating and leaving on good terms, and they are now looking for someone who can build a positive relationship with the whole family and become a trusted, long-term part of their household.

Duties Will Include

• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation of the household

• Running household and family errands

• Grocery shopping and keeping household supplies stocked

• Family laundry and ironing

• Keeping the home tidy, organised and well presented between cleaner visits

• Liaising with cleaners and other household contractors where required

• Preparing healthy evening meals for the children

• Cooking for the whole family approximately twice per week

• School pick-ups and occasional school runs

• Taking the children to after-school activities and appointments

• Providing appropriate supervision and support for the children when required

• Organising school items, uniforms, name labels and children's belongings

• Collecting dry cleaning, visiting the post office and completing other household errands

• Assisting with ad hoc family tasks and purchases

• Occasional babysitting or additional childcare by prior agreement

Ideal Candidate

The family is looking for someone warm, capable and highly organised who enjoys taking responsibility for a busy family home. Personality and finding someone who fits naturally with the family are particularly important.

The successful candidate will ideally be:

• Experienced in a private household Housekeeper or similar household role

• Proactive and confident managing their workload independently

• Highly organised and able to anticipate what needs doing

• Happy to take ownership of errands and the practical running of the home

• A confident cook who can prepare straightforward, healthy family meals

• Warm and comfortable around school-aged children

• Confident helping with school runs and after-school activities

• Patient and understanding; experience with ADHD would be beneficial

• Comfortable managing food safely around egg and dairy allergies

• A confident driver with their own car

• Flexible and willing to provide occasional additional support when agreed

• Looking for a stable, long-term position

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable Gardener to join a prestigious private estate near Turville, Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished private gardener who takes real pride in their work and is confident maintaining an estate to an exceptionally high standard.

The estate has varied and established grounds, including productive gardens, mature woodland, lawns, ponds, orchards and a developing wildflower meadow. We are therefore looking for someone with strong all-round knowledge and the practical capability to confidently manage a varied workload throughout the seasons. Particular knowledge of orchards, trees and tree management would be highly desirable. 

Role Responsibilities

You will work across the estate, taking responsibility for maintaining and developing the gardens and grounds to consistently high standards. This will include caring for the productive garden, orchard and cutting garden, as well as maintaining lawns, landscaped areas, woodland, fields, ponds, pathways and hard landscaping.

Seasonal horticultural work will include skilled pruning, planting, mulching, composting, fertilising, trimming and leaf clearance, alongside identifying plant and tree health issues and responding appropriately. You will be confident using a range of professional gardening machinery and tools and will bring the knowledge needed to approach tasks independently and as a team. 

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of five years’ professional private gardening or private estate experience
• Confident, capable and able to work to the high standards expected on a prestigious private estate
• Confident using professional gardening and landscaping machinery

About the Family

They already employ a cleaner, so the focus is on day-to-day household management and childcare support rather than deep cleaning.

The Role
This is a hands-on afternoon role combining housekeeping and childcare. You'll collect the children from school, help them settle into their afternoon routine, and prepare a simple, nutritious evening meal for the family. Alongside this, you'll keep on top of family laundry, tidy and organise shared living spaces, and assist with the everyday jobs that make a busy household run effortlessly. The family also have a friendly dog, so occasional dog walking or pet care would be appreciated.

During the school holidays, there is the opportunity to increase your hours and spend more time caring for the family's three children. While the role is based on a minimum of 16 hours each week, the family are happy to offer additional hours to someone looking for a larger position.

About the Role
A lovely UHNW family based in Swiss Cottage, is looking for an experienced and professional Chauffeur to join their household on a 7 days on / 7 days off rota, working alongside another chauffeur to provide seamless transport and support to the family.

This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who is discreet, highly organised and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional service. You'll be responsible for safely transporting the principals, planning journeys efficiently and adapting to changing schedules, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality. The role requires flexibility, as additional evening hours may be needed depending on the principals' diaries.

The family also spend time at their second residence near High Wycombe. When they are in residence there, you will be expected to stay overnight, with comfortable private accommodation provided on the estate. These stays may be for a single night or, on occasion, for the duration of your working week.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an experienced private chauffeur looking for a stable rota position. 

Role Responsibilities
You will provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur services for the principals, ensuring every journey is smooth, punctual and discreet. You'll liaise closely with the family and household team, manage schedules using modern navigation and location-sharing apps, adapt quickly to changing plans and maintain complete confidentiality at all times. You'll also assist with the overall care and presentation of the household vehicles, helping to ensure they are always ready for use.
