Professional Chauffeur for CEO & Managing Director, Near Newbury, West Berkshire

Salary: Between £50,000–£55,000 gross per annum (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly professional Chauffeur to support a CEO and Managing Director with their regular business travel.
This is a full-time position for someone who takes real pride in providing a discreet, polished and exceptionally safe driving service. The Chauffeur will divide their time between the CEO and MD, driving primarily between their homes and offices, as well as providing airport transfers and other business-related journeys as required.
A significant part of this position involves regular long-distance journeys, so it is essential that the successful candidate genuinely enjoys driving and is comfortable spending extended periods behind the wheel. Some of the regular journeys can involve approximately six hours of driving as a round trip. As the role is shared between two principals, good organisation and diary management will be important, with journeys coordinated through a shared calendar.
Role Responsibilities
The role is contracted at approximately 45 hours across five days each week. While the majority of work will fall during the working week, some flexibility for weekend driving will occasionally be needed. Above all, they are looking for someone who understands the standards expected of a professional executive Chauffeur. You should be safety-conscious, punctual and discreet. Both principals value privacy during journeys, so this would particularly suit someone who is personable and courteous while understanding when to give their passengers space.
