Part-Time Housekeeper for a Warm, Welcoming Home – Oxford

Location: Oxford
Working Hours: 15 hours per week (this can be mornings or afternoons, the client is very flexible and open to discussion)
Salary: £18 – £22 gross per hour, depending on experience
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive part-time Housekeeper to support a lovely family based in Oxford. The role is for three mornings a week and would suit someone who enjoys keeping a home running smoothly, has a great eye for detail, and takes pride in staying organised.
The main property has six bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s also a one-bedroom annexe which is occasionally used by extended family and will need a refresh after visits.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and takes real pride in their work. You might spend one morning doing a thorough clean of the bathrooms and bedrooms, and another focused on tasks like decluttering, organising, or polishing silverware. The family would really value someone who’s happy to take initiative and keeps things running smoothly in the background. A driver is essential, as occasional errands or trips to the shops will be part of the role.
