Live-in Housekeeper for Country Estate near Turville
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days, including one weekend day
Salary: Offering up to £50,000 gross per annum
Accommodation: 2 Bedroom Flat just outside of the estate
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive Live-in Housekeeper to join a welcoming family on their beautiful private estate near Turville. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in creating a beautifully maintained home and enjoys being part of a well-run household.
You will take responsibility for the housekeeping of the family's five-bedroom home, as well as their estate office. The family are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail who enjoys keeping a home organised, calm and running smoothly.
Role Responsibilities
Your role will centre around maintaining exceptionally high housekeeping standards throughout the family home and estate office, ensuring all areas are clean, organised and beautifully presented. Alongside housekeeping, you'll prepare wholesome family-style meals, assist with meal preparation and batch cooking, and lend a hand with errands and driving when required. You'll also care for the family's friendly dogs, including regular walks and helping to ensure they are well looked after as part of the daily routine.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes initiative and naturally anticipates what needs doing to keep a busy family home running effortlessly.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous private housekeeping experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high housekeeping standards
- Confident preparing fresh, family-style meals
- A driver with a full licence, willing to assist with errands when needed
